If that is why, I can see that logic. Being anywhere under that bright light of offensive guru & C.O.Y. Sean McVay might blind folks towards you.
Sooner or later though, McV is going to hand him more op's,,, if he isn't already more involved than we know.
And being successful or at least on a team that is,, will likely balances some of that out.

I know I'm an old school dreamer here but I sure miss (what I remember being) long term team loyalty.. When groups of men worked at a common goal collectively and consistently for years. When owners seemed to be more in it for the win rather than the revenue.
That's one thing I do envy about the freakin Pastriots during this era of PA's and CBA's

Not a dreamer at all man. Im with you on that. I get Olson leaving to be with a former mentor, but Laf? Dude was a QB coach a year ago and got a HC interview off the Rams success. I get it that you have to strike while the metal is hot, but damn, I thought 1 and run was just for college basketball players

It’s the McVay effect.
Now all of a sudden experience is largely irrelevant

Leadership has been morphing on a few fronts this past year. I hope the affects are not long lasting if not up to par.
