Either way they probably will, whether it's if they stay at Soldier Field or move out to the boonies.

I'm not a stadium engineer and just play one on a message board, but I don't know how the put a dome on Soldier Field. They've got major space issues on the west side along Lake Shore Drive.

Seattle is filled with transplants who have no deep connections to the city that is rapidly growing. Most people from Pittsburgh are multi-generational residents of the city or the SW Pennsylvania region. Not much changes there and they don't like change. Different mindset.

But apparently they're throwing fans a bone and keeping a significant Heinz presence.
