I wasn't questioning your comments. For sure we need a LB but you also make a good point about UDFA's. You know we are now a "promising destination" for those free agents. We should have a good shot at the most talented UDFA's at every position (except WR and RB).

The Rams could really confuse people by taking David Long, WLB from W.Virginia.

Here is my "help wanted" checklist for this weekend (things the Rams need):

DL with potential to compete for starting spot Gaines

Interior OL depth/possible starter Evans

CB depth/future starter Long

S depth/future starter Rapp

Really fast guy at RB/WR who can potentially return kicks Henderson

Inside LB depth/compete for starting spot ____

Pass rushing specialist (DE or EDGE) ____

(Given this list, the idea of making a trade that increases our number of top 100 selections from 3 to 4 is very intriguing.)

My thoughts as well on Rapp - Big Nickel and Dime box defender/TE coverage. The staff must be pretty high on the development of Kiser, Obo, Lawler, and Young.
