jeffsquad wrote:New to this board, live in Arizona (for the past 24 years) been a Rams fan since 1986 (I was 9), on my bucket list was to be a Rams season ticket holder for at least 1 season in my life. Low and behold for my 30th season as a Rams fan the Rams moved back to L.A. (only 6 hours from me!) so I decided to put a deposit down. Now I'm in the group 2 wave that got emailed late last week. My question to any whom frequented the Coliseum many times (I've never been), are the $360 seats (specifically section 2H) that awful of a view? From the view feature it doesn't seem THAT bad, but I want to know what you think. Also, question for the $810 end zone seats, specifically 13H, what are your opinions on that section in terms of view? Any advice you could give would be greatly appreciated because I'll be coming from Arizona for each home game and want to make sure I can enjoy the experience but not spend THAT much money for season tickets (considering the cost of travel etc that I'll have to make).

Welcome aboard jeffsquad.

Those $360 seats are kind of tempting, especially when you consider the next cheapest ones are over 60% more and aren't really much better. There aren't that many of them either. I wouldn't be surprised if they go pretty fast.

Still, i'll be looking for something between the 30's, high up on the home side but we'll see...

Thank you very much for the welcome. That's what I was thinking about the $360 seats, tempting because of the increase in price just to the next level of seats and like you said those aren't that much better in terms of view. What side is best for not being as long in the sun, any one know? I'm now starting to really consider the $810 13H end zone seats (or seat rather because I'm only buying 1 for myself). Anyone know if we can split between 2 credit cards as payment?

I believe there will be more shade coverage on the Rams sideline as it gets later on in the day. According to the Rams Ticket Services twitter account, you can split between two credit cards. I think you need to call them after you have the seat(s) you want in your cart to split on two credit cards though.

Also, I PMed you jeffsquad. :D

I could've selected the same seats on the Rams sideline but I choose the sunny side 23H.

Why?

1. After a few games the Rams sideline would be boring to me. I love my Rams but I'm also an NFL fan. I want to see other teams. It's cool.

2. I could yell and cuss out the enemy. The team and the fans.

3. I wear a hat and sunglasses regardless so I'm okay with the sunny side.

4. I'll lose some weight.

5. It's only temporary. The Inglewood stadium is right around the corner.

The seats on the visitors side are a better deal, and this isn't college, they're all the Rams side...

I've never been to the Coliseum but it's only sunny late 3rd into the 4th? Is that correct?

I'd say end of the 3rd quarter is a good gauge of when the visitors side will be covered by shade. Not going to lie, I was pretty miserable when I sat on the Rams visitors side for a couple USC games. It was hot.

We're talking about afternoon games that start around 1 correct?
