Just for reference about the Chiefs, Kansas has been going full bore on attracting businesses with breaks and subsidies to their side of the KC metro area. NASCAR, soccer, IKEA, Boeing, Sprint HQ etc. They even tried to swipe the airport.

The sad thing about the Arrowhead area is how lacking it is. A couple “meh” hotels/motels and fast food. If you’re not tailgating it downright stinks.

BTW: When SoFi gets the Final Four, Rams season ticket holders shouldn't expect expect a shot at tickets.

I used to have Jets season tix at Giants Stadium. They asked for 20 grand PSL. I knew tix and parking would double. But 20 grand? Umm hard to justify expense.

My beef with MetLife is twofold. Giants Jets charging PSLs as if they are only team there. Who gets dibs on concerts etc?

The sheer cost of building a stadium with zero imagination. About 12 years old and already among the worst. If not, the worst.

I drive by it all the time. But I wont go in.

Yeah baby, you have a really difficult stadium.

I have only been there twice (both times Rams killed the Giants) - I enjoyed the game itself, but the getting there and being there isn't that fun of an experience.

Did tailgate one of the times w a buncha Giants fans in the cold and rain the first time - they were all very nice. But it is like being in a parking lot in the middle of absolutely nowhere with nothing to look at, felt kinda surreal.

Its Highway Central. Several highways converge there. 30 to 40 years later, nothing has been done to improve the neighborhood. No bars etc. Just marshland somewhat.
