They can vote that SK and Spanos become partners in Inglewood (it's one of the proposals that's being voted on). Spanos said that he would abide by the outcome.

if Rams only to Inglewood almost passed, there's no way that Rams can/will be rejected from moving to LA. There's already almost enough owners that want that to happen.
