Clearly the ball was not tipped. But like you said DB, "the other stuff?" Obvious hands to the face/facemask and holding, just not out in the open for all to see. Based just on that Saints fans should STFU.

Offsetting and replay third down? Sure that's what would have happened and maybe Brees gets a first down or a touchdown. Or maybe Donald or Fowler strip sack him? Or maybe Peters picks him off?

From every angle those 2 "missed calls" are clear as day.
I'm just amazed that "football guys" like Boomer Esiason, guys who actually played the game, miss the most important part.
Despite the terrible missed PI call, the Saints still took the lead!
Good lord, if you are a champion, you use that missed call to motivate you to destroy the other team.
You know, like the Rams did when they missed the multiple calls missed against them.
The champion doesn't complain, they just win the damn game....
