Well, I just had a pretty pleasant talk with the Rams Ticket Office. I tweeted my displeasure regarding Stub Hub and so they asked for my number and called me.

For what matters to us:

1. They are not going by the time alone as in everyone up to 10:07 yesterday. They use the time to make a list and then they go by a set number of people in each wave. They did a small number for wave 1 to see how the system worked and then increased it for wave 2. They might increase it for the next wave if it goes well.

2. The next wave emails are not necessarily on Thursday. It will depend on how fast wave 2 buys their tickets. If they all buy them pretty fast, email may be earlier in the week - so, keep a look out if you are waiting.

As to the resellers on stub hub, they cannot legally do anything once someone owns the tickets as it's their property.

He also claimed they had no idea how high demand would be. To which I said - really?

And, they are trying to hurry up the process but he gave end of July as a goal date. Actually, first he gave August 13 as the goal date.

Yup. Once you buy tickets you could do anything with them. The problem is that the Rams might find out and not let you renew seasons tickets next year. I've heard that happen a lot.

Let's face it, it's a business for them and as long as the Rams Ticket office reaches their goals and hits their objectives that's all that's important to them. As a business owner myself I see where they're coming from and don't blame them. As I said previously sometimes you have to roll with it and "it is what it is", it's also the result of supply and demand for these resellers. :|

I spoke with the Rams office today and they mentioned they have done some research on people who have bought and sold tickets at events for profit. And they refunded back over a thousand deposits. They really want the season tickets to go to the fans. Also, they are going to cut the number of tickets you can buy so thy can try and give as many deposit holders a chance to purchase. So instead of 8 tickets maybe it will only be 4. I am confident they are doing there best to have a all fans at the game.

Go Rams!!!

You heard this from the Rams office? I hope that's true and the max limit is lowered. That's probably the only way I'll be able to get season tickets. 12:58pm GA59 here.

Keep in mind that some of those 8's are two groups of four and that the second group will get the deposit refunded and get off the list. In my case, one of our boys was out golfing, forgot to log on when he got home and didn't put in the deposit until his wife said later "Hey, weren't you supposed to sign up for the Rams today?" OTOH, he's probably behind all of the RFU's on the list!

And lest you think he would buy from his deposit and re-sell, the answer is no. Not only is it morally wrong, it's also risky. The history of nfl football in the coliseum is that when the team is good the place is full, but another 7-9 season will drop the crowds to 40,000 with resale tickets going far below face value.

Hello all my fellow RAM fans... Brand new to this site & by far the best site around for up to date info. Been a fan for 40+ years 3rd generation fan & season ticket holder. Very frustrating with the process of hoping & praying I get a chance @ tickets. I'm at GA54 11:54 1st day... the way its playing out doesn't look too promising. Especially after looking at all the resellers sites. Seems they have an abundance of tickets for double+ face value. I called the ticket office & tried to find out how resellers had so many tickets, I was told a lot of these services were running a sales campaign before they had any tickets...hope its true anyone have any info on that? Please share if you do...Thanks

I did hear that from the Rams office. I just hope many of us will get a shot at season tickets! It is frustrating to go on the ticket sites like Stub Hub and see all those tickets for sale. With the way they have been doing the last two waves of emails to purchase...I should be in the next wave with my time stamp of 10:07. We will see...I hope the best for all of us true fans!
