ESK should build a stadium for Spanos in SD or at least partner up and send them packing.

That reopens the 'leverage locker room' and makes LA a Rams town period.

But what was so bad about Qualcomm? He is paying like 200m in just moving fees. Put 100m in to Qualcomm and you could have some pretty awesome suites and upgrades all over. The guts on that stadium were fine.

1. He wanted a downtown SD 'convadium',
2. He couldn't let the Rams take over LA,
3. He couldn't let the Raiders take over LA.

But now, things are different.
1. He's seeing how popular his team isn't in LA so the Q might not be a bad idea,
2. The Rams are the favorite son,
3. The Raiders are now fully committed to Las Vegas,
4. I bet that the NFL would make it very easy on Spanos if he chose to move back.

Such a bummer.....!
