If one does not agree with that then failure will always repeat itself. Over and over again. That ball is about 5 feet away from Brockers hand. It’s the camera angle there that makes it look tipped. Wish it were true but nah...Pretty sure 5 feet is a way over exaggeration. I will rewatch the play again. Not sure on the tipped pass but it does seem to be altered after the possible tip.As far as the hands to the face and holding, they're both penalties. At least off setting the PI.
