In terms of the owner/team thing. I am from neither St.L or LA (I lived both places a long time ago, except with LA it was Claremont...but close enough). And, I didn't have much fondness for Georgia and it's the same with Stan. In both cases it has nothing to do with where they moved the team. Anyway I am not fond of either one, though it's not really hate or anything like that. Either way it has nothing to do with me following the Rams. I don't factor it in at all. Now and then in the past someone tried to say that I SHOULD like Georgia or Stan if I'm a Rams fan, but, I have been a Rams fan since the late 70s which means I have followed the team for 40 something years and have not cared much for the owner that entire time. And so to me, liking/disliking the owner and following the team are just unrelated things and always have been.

When the online Rams world began, after 95 I had friends who were in LA and still followed the team, and I have old friends in St. Louis, many of whom still follow the team now.

With today's technology, you can be a fan from just about anywhere. Sunday Ticket. Online streaming. Social media. You can be a fan 24/7. Never miss a game. I remember waiting for the scores to come across to top or bottom of the screen during a game because I wasn't in the Rams market. Or turning that 30 foot antenna towards Bakersfield to get a snowy reception of the Rams games from Fresno when I was a kid. I was lucky my father would bring home the LA Times after work and I could read Rams news.

A financial hardship for the ultra rich such as Stan is something like this. Say the PSL sales do not go as expected. Stan will spend countless hours going back over the budget for the new stadium to account for that financial loss. He will be troubled by that lack of revenue. Guys like him chase every last dollar, and are very troubled when they dont get it.
