Its funny how most of the comments suggesting the Rams will stay in St. Louis usually comes from local sources. People outside of St. Louis seem to have a different view. And most of them think the Rams are moving.

St. Louis people can dismiss comments like the ones from Bradshaw all they want. But when the Rams are opening up the 2016 season in the LA coliseum, they might finally concede the Rams are gone. Of course, some will say they can't stay there and will be forced to move back.

None of their locals know anything. Shane Gray shockingly dismissing Bradshaw. For months he claims insider info, I call bs on that. Bernie M a year ago thought that Kroenke was doing nothing with his 60 acres in LA and flipping it for a Wallmart.

Elvis wrote:Wow that's brutal, told St. Louis to their face the Rams are 100% gone and they won't be getting another team any time soon. And besides, his lady tells him it's a baseball town anyway.

How right he is remains to be seen, but ouch...

And the way he's saying it, laughing and all. The guy is having a panic attack and Terry is doing is iconic laugh and basically telling them your town is screwed and STL is a baseball town and they HATE IT when the national media says that. The whole baseball town thing is their soft spot and Terry stuck a dagger in there. It's interesting though these guys really think the Rams have a legit chance of staying.

These "sources" the STL media claims they have. Ok who would they be honestly? Peacock and his camp. If they truly had legit sources they would of seen these thing a year ago. 10 months in and they're shocked that Terry is saying the Rams are gone. They live in this bubble and they can't believe it's happening, they can't grasp reality. It's sad.

The St. Louis people have been holding out hope that the NFL stop Kroenke and there have been some prior to the August meeting that kept saying "Stan has never said he's leaving." Okay so what do you think he's building in Inglewood? My feeling if the only way you can keep a team is rooting for other team to get the bid for Los Angeles.

I guess the people in St. Louis just don't understand that money talks and they're hoping that it don't sing and dance and it don't walk, but soon with no football team in the Gateway City all of them can enjoy the Monster Trucks at the EJD being forever in blue jeans!

Yea I never got the local argument he never said he is leaving so it is just leverage. If you and I are hanging out and I get up and go to the kitchen and pull out bread and meat and make a sandwich. Does it mean I am not hunger if I don't announce to ya I plan to eat what I just made or since I didn't tell ya does it really mean I made a sandwich just for leverage so ya would pick up the phone and order a pizza........LOL Anyway I so agree I never understood that argument as from all I have read Stan has never did any development deals like that before where he would buy land in on state just to put leverage on the development he really wanted elsewhere. So at his age I figured the odds of him trying some new art of the deal when his present ways had made him a billionaire was very highly unlikely if not even a sure no go.

Good listen, and I wouldn't have listened to it except for your guys' comments. Thanks all who did.

The radio dudes say shocking!?!?!? Da'fuq? w/e

After scouring the relocation guidelines, reading the NFL constitution, and Googling, I still don't know exactly where this "exhaust all possibilities" stuff comes from. Grubman has stated that there's no such requirement, but whatever . . .

Via Gehlken, Grubman pointed out that a team must simply “engage in a good faith effort” before changing addresses.

“It doesn’t need to exhaust all possibilities,” Grubman said.

Edit: -- Interviews like TB"s almost demands that the NFL release some anti-Inglewood stuff tomorrow -- Anti-Inglewood Friday!

Grubman has already said in a radio interview with a SD channel that the Rams have fulfilled the NFL's expectations. It was linked here a while back and Grubman cited the arbitration regarding the top tier lease clause and the Rams winning as the reason.

Ha ha at the pizza part Legends.

StL... the media and the locals who depend on it have been eternal optimists while holding on to the righteous letter of the NFL bylaw and basic human decency. Decency that felt much different when they were receiving a Los Angeles team under similar dubious circumstances. But this one hit home!
The way this news was delivered by Bradshaw it actually opened the eyes of the most homer-blind. Mostly because it was coming from a guy who is on your couch every Sunday morning telling it like it is. And we all kinda trust him.
Devastatingly bad news for the current hometown solidifying other recent relative releases all hinting (under the wraps of ticket sale subterfuge) a relocation to Los Angeles.

Bummer this whole thing has made it us or them. We are now "those LA sites" too. The only way this will work out for 'US' is if they move.. It could become insufferable after this saga, knowing of their thinking and behavior. Even if we judge easy due to their situation it is apparent there is no love lost.
OK there are some good guys we have befriended. Overall they have been decent keepers,

but it's time to let go and give them back now!

Besides, Bradshaw owes us one for the bonehead play by Eddie Brown who came it as a FA and blew his coverage against Stallworth late in the Rams first Superbowl. Sucker got suckered and Rod Perry juuuust couldn't get there,,,, TD pitt,,, game over!!

BTW, revenge still tastes sweet. LIKE TOMORROW!! so

GO RAMS

PS. Exactly OldSchool. I remember that clear as a bell. Little hints have been coming out all along. Pro LA usually get's lost in the denial or the lid on it. They are still averaging 45K in StL so, so far, so good.
