They have every right to file a civil lawsuit. They'd have a hard time winning it after arbitration but they could.
That would be like swinging for the fences bottom of the 9th, 2 outs, bases loaded, 3 men on, down by 3 and wiffing so hard you screw yourself into the ground for all to see,,,,, as the team rides off into the western skies in all of those Allied moving vans.

Yea true enough bro they do have a legal right. Could ya imagine if they do the articles from Bernie, ones like him saying, I told ya so, or the public patting he would give himself in print on the back. This morning while driving to get some breakfast, I hear a radio commercial on 570 KLAC stating the following: "...on the future home of the LA Chargers.." Do they know something or is this more of Fabiani's doing?

klac 570 currently broadcasts chargers games in los angeles so it was probably the chargers fabiani that asked them to do it as bluecoconuts said.
