If the the above is true we are no better than we were, but worse. Personally Im tired of waiting for next year. I am very worried about the defense. For us to stand a chance it needs to be borderline dominant, not Im not sure its top 20.

Yep, it's the reason that , despite everyone's elation for the hiring of Phillips as DC, I was disappointed. I said right off that most of the defensive players would be changed, despite all of the articles claiming that Phillips 3/4 is more of a hybrid 4/3. Now that everyone has a chance to take a closer look they are seeing that the defense does not have the right personnel.

I was disappointed because as it stood being a 4/3 the defense was only really lacking a good CB or two. Hire a 4/3 DC and all that needs fixing is the Offense. The Defense ranked about 15th with a horrible offense. With a good offense I think they could have done even better.

However, it is like I said..... I don't care who is on the team as long as they win.
