As I watched the ticket prices EVERY home game this last season I found that you could get tickets much cheaper. Also the seats were better. Now, the flipside/risk is if they start playing well...prices will go back up. I think I'll roll the dice though this next year.

Supposedly, you don't need to purchase season tickets to hold your place in line for the PSL's.

But I will admit, I am a bit paranoid that if I don't buy season tickets that might affect my standing in the line. I am buying anyways for this season because like you hedging that this season may bring more demand.

I guess I could call the hotline to get a definitive answer. I hadn't read anywhere that you wouldn't lose your place in line if you opted not to get season tickets.

Yeah, please don't go on my word alone. But I am pretty certain. And if I decide not to do season tickets I would personally confirm from the Rams myself. Way too big of a deal.

I personally love being a season ticket holder, knowing we have something that not too many people in LA have, well you know what I mean. We went to every home game and intend to continue as long as we can afford it. It's not quite the same if you only buy tickets as you want to, game by game.

Oh we'll go to every game more than likely. Honestly? When it comes time for the Inglewood stadium, I just want to have the opportunity. Will I take it? Odds are against it for a couple reasons. First reason is cost. Will I be able to afford 2 PSL's? Probably if I dig deep. But the bigger factor for me is I'm 7 years from retirement and we know we aren't going to retire here in SoCal. It's just too damn expensive for my retirement dollar.

So with that scenario in mind, I would be faced in 7-8 years with having to try to sell my PSL's. I have 2 friends here at work who bought 5 PSL's between them for Levi Stadium. They are both already regretting the decision, and are seeing folks trying to dump theirs already at a loss. Of course winning will probably fix that and bring their value back up.

Maybe I'm wrong and we'll get a decent price for PSL's and seats, but I kinda doubt it. I think us little guys will be priced out of the running. I remember the survey they did prior to preseason. Where they asked if I would be willing to pay 10k a PSL and $300 a gameday ticket for crappy seats. Yeah, it's just a focus group doing a study for them, but I'm sure the numbers aren't that far off. That would be 20k for 2 PSL's and $6000.00 a year for 2 mediocre to crappy seats. I'm fairly confident that me and my wife can go to every game for less than 6k a year. Even if they're winning.

While I'd like to have the honor of being a PSL/Season ticket holder....it just might not make sense for us.

My seats are are low in the top section on the visitors side around the 30, section 23L.

But for the Cardinals game my wife and i came down and sat with maxxx power and his family during the 2nd half. He has great seats on the Rams side near the TV cameras. So maybe you saw me there?

I'm looking forward to seeing what the Rams have to offer, if anything, in terms of upgrading my seats. Or i can stay where i am.

But lots of people will buy less seats this year and those who got in it to make money probably didn't do as well as they hoped and most won't be re-upping. Of course that will be balanced by those who wanted to buy season tickets but didn't get to last year.

All and all, supply should be going up, i think.

Funny thing about our section (23L) is it was always really full from sideline to the very top rows, though we did get a lot of fans for visiting teams.

I think that's pretty inevitable in a city like L.A., we're just so big and so diverse, bound to be plenty of fans of other teams who will jump at the opportunity to see their team play in person.

The way we shut them up is by winning, looking forward to that...

Yes must have been when I saw you. Probably about 10 rows down from RedAlice's seats.
