i think tru is gone, unfortunately...

no winning seasons with jenkins, then he helps the giants go from 31st in offensive points allowed to 2nd, from 6-10 to 11-5 and the postseason, and makes the pro bowl. cook's not doing too badly either.

While I totally agree they made the wrong choice, I don't see compounding that error by letting JJ walk too. Pay the man what he's worth IMO

Fixed.

Agreed, We have talent and we can't let the good ones get away. FA sucks for team and fans,, great for the players though. No love for us guys who pay to afford their paychecks or a city the play in.

He will, however, be expensive.

Unlike Jack above, I tackled the wish list more like a list of players available I thought could help at positions of need. My expectation was not to add them all; compromises will be made.

As for SteakandEgg's question: I have concerns about the viability and value of Jeffery. He will seriously have to be overpaid to be lured in, and is it worth it? We already have a $15 million WR on roster ... want another?

I was trying to do things based on players that not only that can help, but staying in our salary cap. If correct, we only have $34 million to spend on free agents. The rest of the money we have left we need to spend on rookies.

And you were right to do so! I was just throwing suggestions on the wish list ... you're miles ahead of me in your prep!

Based on a Wash fan over at laramsfans.
Makes too much sense.. cheap.. had good season.. knows McVay & system.
Would be kinda like SD with Dunlap. Not a world beater.. but certainly functional.

undrafted, didn't make it to the nfl until he was 27 years old, only 6 starts in the 3 years he's been in the league, began his nfl career with the rams, was released after 1 year and no starts, has been a backup for the skins the last two years... hard to believe grob is no better than this guy at left tackle, but that may be the case, alas...
