Is it possible the Rams score 4.5 points this game and beat the odds? Ok I'll pump the breaks and round it down to 4, I'm a realist.

Now Brissett is injured and they are running out of QBs.
when Brady gets back he'll not be in sync with the team and getting older.

if i had buck for every time i've heard that sort of thing about the pats over the years... meanwhile, back at the ranch, they're on pace to book their 14th consecutive double-digit win season...

age happens,time passes.
its obvious that all the breaks the team got before are fading. Its been 15 years. Based on that fact alone, its about to end.

in the real world you cant not practice with a team and then expect to do well at the age of 39 ,after being gone for a month.
You really cant be sure how the Patriots are because 2 turnovers gave them points they may not otherwise have gotten.

I gotta think it's not this year. They are winning convincingly without Brady. He is stable and isn't a turn over machine. As much as I'd like to see it end, it's not now although it is coming :D

Jets may prove to be ok, but Bills and Dolphins are dreck. Looks like a lock division title. Again. Long season, but right now PIT, DEN, and maybe CIN look like the only teams that can compete with NE for No. 1 seed in the AFC. And pick up Chris Hogan on your fantasy teams. When Brady gets back, he will make him a star.

I've wasted a lot of thought on what makes the Patriots such consistent winners. Cheating helps but even if they are, they're better at it than anyone else. And that's what gets me. The NFL is a copycat league in general so it boggles my mind that the Patriots are doing something that the others aren't capable of doing.

But look at the guys who have been given a shot because of their association with the Patriots. McDaniels, Cornell, O'Brien...none of them come close to replicating what the Patriots have done. Which helps explain the shutout over the Texans. O'Brian isn't really very good and got schooled by Belichick.

I have a blind spot hatred of the Patriots so I readily acknowledge it's difficult for me to analyze them. But I can't accept that their team gets better when they lose their starting QB. I'm convinced there is something subtle and behind the scenes that the Patriots do that is underhanded. I just can't figure out what it is.

After Brady, Bill will just find another franchise QB.

As long as Bill Belichick is breathing, the Patriots will always be Super Bowl contenders.

Thanks god I'm not a Jets, Bills or Dolphins fan.
