There were no tailgating issues at the Dallas game in lot 1 for us. Even though the email went out saying parking would be inhibited and costs refunded there was no problem parking and sadly for the ones who were discouraged the parking was not full. As I saw in later post there is written reference that it is allowed I lot 1 which is why I coughed up for parking. Just my actual experiences no guarantees. Let me explain.
