Agreed but i also think it could be a negotiating tactic by the Rose Bowl. They think the NFL is trying to start a bidding war and they aren't gonna play by those rules...

Agreed but i also think it could be a negotiating tactic by the Rose Bowl. They think the NFL is trying to start a bidding war and they aren't gonna play by those rules...

It means the NFL will have to declare their intentions before the Rose Bowl commits to complying with the NFL's request. And the only way the NFL will satisfy the Rose Bowl folks that they aren't in a bidding war is if they declare that they have chosen Carson.

That's a big timing problem. The NFL doesn't want to chose Carson or Inglewood before they have a handle on where the teams will play in 2016.
