Bobby Brown III---I would very much love for you to stay a Ram! I think you have dramatically improved your play while you've been a Ram. I also realize that you, as our NT, are not as free to pass rush as you are required to play "honest" run D and to take on multiple blockers to free others upfront. I have no clue as to what you might be offered as a F/A, and IF we are priced out of what is rightfully yours to earn, then I prefer we look at Gaines as a F/A.

Brown going public like this makes me think Rams aren't showing him a ton of love contract wise...

6,8” mountain man. When Havenstein retires. Want to protect Stafford.

Well we're letting one go in Jonah Jackson which may be the right move. If we can unload that big contract with Houston in mind, that would free up draft and FA capital. Limmer and Dedich have shown Rookies can start and do well and I'll bet the draft has some OLine talent. I guess the challenge is finding size that can move which the Eagles definitely have. We've tried OTs 6'7", 6'8" and they didn't stay long. Stafford needs to be protected and players like Kyren Williams are just as important as your OLine starters. He's an incredible blocker and safety valve for Matt.

So Davante Adams is a FA. How much, if at all does that affect the Kupp trade or slim potential restructure?

Would the Rams have real interest in him or is he waiting to see where A Rod ends up?

Is it too risky to forgo a FW WR bc of cost, and only rely on the draft?

This can apply to almost any quality vet FA WR.

What does everyone think the Rams’plan at WR is?

Personally, I hope they sign a younger FA that isn’t a big name yet. And add 2-3 through the Draft, AND find a way to keep Kupp as a WR 3/4. A more situational player.

I think that last part is unlikely.

Seems pretty clear to me that McVay has already moved on from Kupp. He's not coming back under any circumstances, I don't think.

And that means that everything else you mentioned is potentially in play, including Davante Adams (though that's got to be very unlikely).
