The Rams view the OL as a unit. How well they play together, as much and probably more so than how “talented” they are individually. And like Elvis stated, they don’t see the OL like Max and others here do. I think they have upgraded their depth, found some possible good starters among that former depth, and MUST, add some talent in the off season at every position except possibly RT.

Why does every thread turn into an OL discussion?

Yes, need a LT and a G. You've got Allen and Hav returning and enough competition for one G spot. Any kind of trade of Noteboom (7th rd pick) keeps the cap the same. Edge and secondary depth needed, too. Do those, I don't think we need a RB or much else. Love to get out Allen Robinson's contract, but doesn't seem possible.

The play together thing is exactly what they haven't been able to do at all year. So to your point I can see where they could be better collectively than they performed.
Still my eyes see this team needs a major upgrade at left tackle and G then go from there. With Noteboom's Achilles tendon that became obvious.

Yup. We need to add a legit quality dependable LT. Doesn't have to be another Whitworth, thank goodness cause those guys are extremely rare. Just has to be a dependable guy like most of the playoff teams have.

I'd love to add a stud OG too, but I doubt they go after that cause they have Bruss coming back and they think with him and all the other fodder they got they can cobble together an Interior OL.

If they stick with what they've got at LT, we are gonna have big problems again next year. And we will deserve them.
