If neither are extended prior to the season then they are officially buns a fire on the hot seat - both of them. They MUST have a monster off season, get a REAL QB, and had better go at least 9-7 next season or I say it is adios to both, at bare minimum, Fisher.

Foles should be cut and hopefully they get one of the big 3 Qbs in this draft to battle it out with Keenum and Mannion. I know the season was a dissapointment, but Keenum won more than he lost and hand the team in every game he played. I'm not crowning him anything, I just think he deserves a shot since he guided the team to a 3-2 record and made minimal mental errors. Mannion is the wild card here. I'm not expecting much from him, but ya never know.

Completely unrelated, but I want to see this team play with a real home field advantage for once in their young careers. You need juice in your house for optimal atmosphere IMO. I will enjoy aiding the D with as much noise as I can make consistently. I'd also like a silent house for the Offense, but that will largely depend on how well the opposing team travels.

Fisher does seem to wear the blinders, of course, the blindfold he wears under the blinders is even more of a hindrance. All the above says that is why you need an experienced OC to take the reins and settle the young OL and new QB. Instead, he goes with an untested Cignetti and now Boras is the man. Too bad the man couldn't beat a depleted niners team.

Fisher seems to be from another era. A era that was decades ago when football was fourth banana behind baseball, backgammon and tiddlywinks.

Both these points a good. We need to rock the place to show the NFL world that LA is back. We are on board and the Rams are cool. The lights are brighter. The crowds are bigger and familiar. . . . This team could be in for a good sustained run if the direction is ALL about wining, Move to LA is good momentum for a few years and then the new awesome stadium will be another new boost in attention.

Some try to 'villlainize' our team for moving, or that our owner is a Blue and gold Meanie. but in the end, being in LA is going to be a serious pump up for us. No more rust. Bigger cameras and way cooler digs.. Even the LAMC. (which is way better than the Big A, imo).. The "Show".

You mentioned cutting Foles. Is it worth it unless we need a roster spot or a commitment sacrifice? His cap hit isn't remedied buy cutting him.

A team always needs to upgrade every position when ever possible. That's the pro's. Prioritize based on need. Always use top priority / resources when you don't have a solid QB. Get one. Or fuggedaboudit.

Someone posted a tweet a few weeks ago that we're going to get Brock Osweiler. I thought no way. But now, after hearing Snead, I think anything is possible. They understand their jobs are on the line, so I think anything can happen.

I spoke with my buddy in Denver (Boulder actually) and he mentioned the local love for Brock. They are shocked Manning got this far and with potential HGH allegations he'll likely be gone next year. They are really happy with Osweiler as fans and the local Bronco talk is that he will be under center for the Broncos and they are willing to pay him.
His stats weren't outstanding.
He's another big QB at 6' 8", 240 lbs.
QBR 86.4 last season, Went 5-2 as a starter.

I just keep thinking that with a more experienced OL, (they were much better the last 4 games) and a full pre-season and OTA's, Nick Foles still might be the best QB currently on the Rams. I'm not ready to can him yet. I like the idea of a full on competition with no proclaimed starter. A year holding the clipboard and soaking up a season at the pro level might elevate Mannion as a legit competitor for starter. As much as I like Keenum, he's just not starter material. great guy to come in and manage a game or two, but not good enough to hang your whole season on and expect to win playoff games.
