The guy is washed. Giants knew it back then. Browns got played for the fool, just like falcons did when they signed Gurley. Injuries can quickly end a career.

Im not so sure you’d get alot of partnership in that opinion. While I dont follow that closely, just from watching news It appears to me that dude still has it.

Where the foolery comes in, is that they let the diva have a platform, which was predicted and used to cast more shade upon a franchise that is ripe for good news, not bad.

And the Falcons didnt get played. They knew exactly what they were getting and were taking a chance on success. Did they over pay? Yes, in hind sight. But arguably (or not so arguably) the Rams just got played in a more blatant and expensive fashion by DJax. At least Gurley stuck around for the agreed upon year.
