Though in that case, the Raiders are allowing a extension of annual rights and probably will also allow permanent termination and refund.

There is no financial “injury” that someone can sue over (unless of course the St. Louis judge in the NFL lawsuit has an anti-vaxxing cousin in Las Vegas who is a judge, sorry couldn’t resist St.Loser fan:)

On another note, I forgot Vinny B. went to the Raiders

Agreed on the financial risk. That's why I am interested in how the Saints fare with their "no refunds" approach.

Freedom of choice doesn’t not mean freedom from consequences. Asking an individual to be tested, which may be backed by local health regulations and they refuse may be OK not refund them.

I guess I won't attend any Rams games in LA this season. Too bad.

At least I get to see them live in Glendale.

I love how rights are put in double quotes, as if it is a mythical concept. :D :D :D

I always find it curious how easy some people will surrender the rights so many have died to preserve.

By “rights” I meant the Constitution right to attend an NFL game.

The City of Chicago just mandated masks indoors starting this Friday. Just came without warning but they added Wrigley, Cominsky, Soldier other outdoor may get added.
