spanos issues have been with local cities the fans will be there if they are forced or elect to stay. there has never been a prposal like the one now, sure they have discussed this property with that city but they never ever had a propsal til now.

I think the video of him crying into his cereal and playing the role of abused housewife is to create some sympathy if he has to crawl back hat in hand (and with a big fat check from Kroenke/NFL).

If you don't create and manage your brand, others will create it for you. That would be the ONLY mistake I can see that Stan has made, and is making.
