Superstar Re: Jeff Fisher and GM Les Snead both safe for the 2016 season POST #21 With the exception of one loss and one tie, Fisher almost put together the impossible...4 consecutive 7-9 seasons. The man is mediocre as a HC. Hard to imagine something different in year 5.Damn shame the first year back as the Los Angeles Rams and they will look a lot like the St. Louis Rams. Old race cars and the men and women who piloted these beasts are covered in Vintage Motorsport magazine. The eras covered are about 1900 to the year 2010 or so. Great writing and photography. by max 9 years 5 months ago Total posts: 5714 Joined: Jun 01 2015 Sarasota, FL Hall of Fame Re: Jeff Fisher and GM Les Snead both safe for the 2016 season POST #22 maxxx power wrote:max wrote:SWAdude wrote:This year I believe Fisher has to throw a hail mary of his own.Better get this offense to at least the middle of the NFL stats sheet.I agree. I believe he has to, but I'm not sure he has it in him to do it, or even if he tries I don't know if he has what it takes to complete it.IMO, there are only 2 question marks left with the Rams now that they are back home:1. Can Fisher produce a winner this year.2. Can Snead/Fisher acquire a quality QB.Everything else is secondary.Allow me to add a third. Which I would put ahead of the first 2.IMPROVE THE OFFENSIVE LINE. - Get a Left Tackle and move GR inside where he belongs - Get a CenterI don't believe improving the OL is a difficult task. It's more about continuity and coaching. Keep those guys healthy and coach them up and they will be just fine. Plus, it's not hard add a OL help in FA. What is hard to do is add a quality QB and quality HC, of which we have neither. ~ max ~“The consciousness of good intentions disdains ambiguity.” - Alexander Hamilton, The Federalist Papers Reply 3 / 3 1 3 Display: All posts1 day7 days2 weeks1 month3 months6 months1 year Sort by: AuthorPost timeSubject Sort by: AscendingDescending Jump to: Forum Rams/NFL Other Sports Rams Fans United Q&A's Board Business 22 posts Jul 16 2025
