He sees what he has with his group and it’s qualities and deficiencies and design the game plan around that. Think again. POST #28 With a improving Cards team and the same level or higher San Fran and Seattle next year our division will be the toughest in the league. We need to make really savvy moves to contend next season. I just don’t see it happening in one off season alone. Unless Sean has some major creative breakthrough very soon that compensates for our lack of quality personnel at a lot of positions. That is how Belichik does it. He sees what he has with his group and it’s qualities and deficiencies and design the game plan around that.
