Right now, the Rams have two day 2 picks (Rounds 2 and 3). They are projected to pick up another 3rd round comp pick (and a 4th) after losing Saffold and Joyner to FA. So they will probably have 3 picks in the Top 100.

As much as I watch every minute of every Rams game, that truth surprised me.

And VERY telling.

McVay needs to design an offense all around Goff.

Thats what the Ravens did with Lamar Jackson as we all heard over and over again Monday night by the really annoying peeps in the booth.

I wanted to flick Booger all night long. Holy Moly he was a turd. Really terrible commentating by both.

Coach design? Next year he must get a dominant O-line and produce a competent running game. Those often run hand in hand. Both will take the heat of Goff.

But in the meantime, this season, your suggestion is even more important. Change / design the play calls for more quick release, shorter routes, more patient plays / drives. Run more in between the tackles / guards and only stretch the field when it's there.

I just don't know if McV's youth has limited his ability to adapt, or if he is just stubborn and thinks that what has only worked against weaker teams will suddenly work against better ones. So far that % in pretty low, , and it's been happening for a while.

The Patriots don’t invest a ton of money or draft capital on its OL and Brady isn’t the most mobile guy the last few years, yet they have an effective short passing game offense. The 49ers this season have seen their OL decimated by injury and with an inferior QB in Garrapolo, they have a short passing game that is more effective than McVay’s production this year.

Let me guess, you haven't been paying attention to how atrocious their offense actually has been this season eh...? They are being carried by that defense and the really nice soft schedule hiding their massive deficiency on offense.

With a improving Cards team and the same level or higher San Fran and Seattle next year our division will be the toughest in the league. We need to make really savvy moves to contend next season. I just don’t see it happening in one off season alone. Unless Sean has some major creative breakthrough very soon that compensates for our lack of quality personnel at a lot of positions.

That is how Belichik does it. He sees what he has with his group and it’s qualities and deficiencies and design the game plan around that. Not just hope that unproven offensive lineman will just be ok.

so how about dem cowboys? with an all-world offensive line (which is the key to any offensive success i'm told) , a healthy zeke, and media darling dak? after tonight's loss to the bills the 'boys are now 0-5 against teams with a winning record this season while averaging just 19.3 offensive points per game against them.
