Well its simple really.

Like any OC Hue Jackson needs a qb to succeed. The Rams don't have one.

As far as the Rams...Jeff Fisher IS the problem. No question in my mind.

I have 21 years of data to support that conclusion! 8-)

I totally agree.
And IMO there is more to getting a good QB than just luck.
Seems that's all Fisher is planning on.

Otherwise, I see effective OC scheming the offense based on the QB strengths.
I dont see any of that here.
Bradford from day 1 showed he was most effective in a hurry up offense, and they rarely used it.

Do you think NFL insiders (1) understand this, and (2) are discussing it privately behind the shield?

If yes to both, then ESK has been told about the problem, and would understand it.
