For a team supposedly on the verge of being in LA next year, they say nothing. Also, no, I don't think the NFL needs LA as much as people think. I mean 20 years there hasn't been a team and this won't make or break the league in any fashion. If LA fails (again) I don't think many tears will be shed. I mean hypothetically if the Rams bail out, the Chargers and LOL Raiders aren't moving down to LA in 2016 because they'll no longer feel the need to do it. I don't really care if they were having discussions with Carson before last January. Per usual the Chagers have an excuse for being late to the party. Farmers Field was too pricey. Then LA wasn't quite right. Then they were giving SD time. Then 2 months after Kroenke's stadium announcement, Carson is announced. Also, let's call Carson for what it is. The Chargers project. The Raiders really have zero affiliation with the deal, and they're tagged onto the project like a secondary footnote to solve two stadium issues.
