Have you watched the NFLN "A Football Life" episode featuring Eric Dickerson? There's a clip of ED playing golf with Emmitt Smith and someone else and ED's telling the story about how Jim Everett went to cash his paycheck and it bounced? And he wasn't alone.

Also, I forgot about Pastorini. It was such a joy to get Everett and for the Rams to finally have a young, franchise type QB instead of just trying to band-aid the most important position in sports.

Yeah loved the Everett acquistion for that very reason that and the fact he replaced Steve Dils who when you looked at his jersey looked like Steve Oils!

Jeff "Money" Wilkins



Wilkins had some really nice high points with the Rams and the teams he was on were usually winning so most have fond memories of him. I don't dislike him but I always thought he was a little overrated by Rams fans.
