Every time I go to a Just Sports store, I see racks jam packed with t-shirts, jerseys, hats, and all kinds of stuff. They always seem to be doing lots of business (at least, prior to March, when last I saw them).

Because Target's exactly like a sports specialty shop, right? A full rack at Target could mean they just stocked them or it could mean they aren't selling. A full rack does NOT suggest that they are selling well. Maybe they will and maybe they won't but that particular picture does not suggest that they are flying off the shelves. Just like I already said.

Actually, a snapshot of a rack full of merchandise, without context, doesn't suggest anything at all about how well they're selling.

The Targets around here tried to push Chiefs stuff on us for a few years. It seriously gathered dust.

But have you ever been to a Target in SEC/ACC country? They stock a lot more: like multiple aisles and a lot more variety than you see elsewhere.

I don't know how the new stuff is selling. Suffice to say, if the team sees a drop in sales that relates chronologically to the new marketing scheme, we'll likely see the old stuff back before long.

I think the Rams will be happy to sell old stuff to those who want it. I just don't think we'll ever see them replace the new stuff with the old as official team logos & uniforms. Maybe I'm wrong...
