People, I used too sit at row 23, and it was too low. Now, they have since lowered the field, but I would be careful about getting too low as u can't see plays develop at either redzone.

I concur. Be careful of the first 20 rows people. I'm going by before they lowered the field, but the rule of thumb was to stay clear of the first 20 rows due to sight lines. When looking at the virtual views make sure to account for having to see over a bunch of standing players, cheerleaders, moving cameras etc. Closer isn't always better. Especially when your seats are going to be permanent. Now this is just my opinion, they may be fine now that they lowered the field. Personally I wouldn't risk it. I prefer perspective anyhow. I would error on the side of caution. Actually, for football since there are no tiers pretty much all the seats in the house are good. For a concert not so much...

I'm surprised they let you buy 2 separate locations in one sale.

You have to click on your seat, click on 'add to cart', then click another seat, 'add to cart', etc. Don't go to Checkout and then Hold your seats until you pick all the seats you want (and add them to your cart) because you won't be able to go back and pick more seats. This is what customer service told me. I'm curious to see if they'll let me go back and buy more. I checked my cc website and it shows a pending charge for the correct amount, I'm just waiting for the final confirmation email from the RAMS before I go back and check. I don't want to try it again now and screw something up. I don't plan on buying anymore, but I'll post when I find out.

Update: I received my invoice this morning. I went back to the portal to see if I could purchase more tickets and it showed "No tickets available". So, make sure you you purchase all of your tickets when you checkout since you won't be able to go back in the system and purchase more.

Okay Ramily,

It's the East Coast super fan back at it again with more info.

I reached out to my ticket representative (who has been nothing short of I formative) regarding the information on negating ticket resellers from purchasing the season tickets. I told him how I was concerned about my demographic area inhibiting me from buying tickets after reading that the analytics team "dug deep" to remove potential resellers. He reassured me that the ticket resellers that were contacted were essentially professional ticket resellers who have a history of buying tickets out of state throughout the country in attempt to seek financial gain. There are plenty of deposits that were from individuals residing outside of LA (crazy super fans like me from Connecticut and people who resided in LA and left, or fans from STL area that are staying loyal). Hope this helps and I will continue to update the forum with information.

Best of luck to all for a wave 2 email!

Thanks LARamsfanCT! As always, RFU appreciates your sharing of information. I'm curious to know then, did your ticket representative mention anything about tracking who resells their tickets for this upcoming season and prevent these individuals from renewing for future seasons? As others have mentioned, resale tickets are already popping up on resale sites (i.e. seatgeek) so I'm wondering if they are going to act prospectively in addition to what they're already done retrospectively.

I realize situations may arise where we cannot attend a game here or there so selling a couple games is understandable, but not an entire season's worth or even a majority of the season. I'd probably offer them to friends before reselling, but that's just me.

P.S. Crossing my fingers for you that you are in the second wave! :D

On stubhub I"m pretty sure you have the option of not listing the actual seat numbers. That would thwart the Rams from tracking you as if they had the time to click on every seat that goes for sale on that site anyway. The other thing is that ticketmaster has their very own site for people to resell their tickets. If someone lists there, then they're going their seats are cancelled? Seems like grounds for a lawsuit if they did that. I think it's just what CT is saying that they're only looking for business activities in their main system. The Rams, as a good client for TM, must have the right to ask for other purchases by their potential customers. For example people with season tickets to multiple teams in the same league. Probably a reseller. Not some guy on on ticketmaster seat exchange with a pair of Rams tickets.
