The Inglewood plan is designed already. The Carson one is pie in the sky. No final design. Also, Kroenke's offer is a starting point for negotiations. Nothing is final.

G4 isn't available if you relocate.

LA is the exception because of the lack of public money. The real issue is the NFLPA since the stadium credits for this CBA have run out.

I hate Spanos and the Chargers.

But on the bright side if its the Chargers/Rams in LA then there's going to be a rivalry between the two. Imagine that haha. Rams fans in LA will always hate the Spanos and the Chargers.

The question is:

Is Spanos a crazy hard ass with a grudge or is that just his negotiating persona?

As Vinny has said, Spanos isn't going to play his negotiate with Kroenke card before he has to. Why would he?

It's obvious what's going to happen. The owners will push for Dean and Stan to work it out. Little design changes or parking and things like that will work out it's not a deal breaker.

A 50/50 partnership is a game changer imo. Both have enough votes to block. The league wants it to be resolved in January so ya it's going to happen.

One team gets CBS one gets Fox. An AFC team and. NFC team. Will both bring in all 30 other teams in the market etc. SD is still close by, fans will still watch Chargers games. It makes sense.

I didn't feel like starting a new topic for this, so i'll just ad the comment here.

At the end of Roggin's show today, he mentioned that someone mentioned John Shaw on twitter. Since they mentioned him, it thought it would be ok and let the "cat out of the bag". He said that John Shaw is working with Spanos on the Carson project. He originally tried to get Spanos and Stan K. together on the Inglewood project a couple years ago. Now he's telling Spanos not to partner with SK.

I'll be so pissed off if John Shaw plays a part in keeping the Rams from returning to LA. It was bad enough that he played a huge part of them leaving their home of 49 years.
