I watched the whole thing.
As much as I am happy that Fisher the HC was shit canned, I am now a fan of Fisher the person. He really seems like a great guy, and that he sincerely cares for his players and coaches.
But it also is grossly apparent that he has no clue how to run an NFL offense, and certainly cant teach his coaches how to do it. The look of surprise and lack of understanding as to why they were so awful is mind numbing.
I know its been brought up before, but seriously, what the hell was Dave McGinnis earning a paycheck for? And how awkward was turning over the keys to Bones??
He was like, "I cant run the team, I work in the dungeon with my guys, I have no idea what goes on" (Paraphrasing here).
I know they were sound biting and stuff to build a story, and I'm sure of it was staged, but the scene with Fisher and Boras watching Goff in practice, and asserting that he came out of nowhere, was laughable. Cmon...
