So, as always, you never know. At least, i never do...

I knew Raheem was getting a job :D :D

Anyway I hope McVay is happy with whomever he gets as DC, also home Caley doesnt get poached as well by NE.

I have some concerns with bringing Staley back, might be good to bring in physical guy in like Vrabel? Some new blood. Also think the in house dudes have a shot, mostly Chris Shula, kind of my darkhorse candidate...

The way I was reading the tea leaves, it didn't seem to me like Raheem was any teams' first choice. And I don't think he was. Which didn't mean he wouldn't get picked.

But you get full credit for calling that one so definitively.

I knew if Raheem could get in a room with multiple teams, he would be hard to pass on. Doesnt hurt he worked a couple years with McVay either...

Interesting of the 8 hires, 5 are defensive coaches. In reality, 4-3-1 because Morris has experience on both sides of the ball. Currently (if we count Morris as defensive coach), the breakdown league-wide is 18 offensive head coaches, 13 defensive head coaches and 1 Special teams head coach.

Offense: Miami, Indy, Jax, Tennessee, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Kansas City, Denver, LA Chargers, Dallas, Philly, NY GIants, Carolina, Detroit, Green Bay, Minnesota, San Francisco, RAMS

Defense: Buffalo, NY Jets, N.England, Houston, Pittsburgh, Las Vegas, Washington, Tampa, N. Orleans, Atlanta, Chicago, Seattle, Arizona

ST: Baltimore

Two teams went from D to O: Tennessee & LA Chargers
Two went from O to D: Las Vegas, Atlanta
