It’s pretty clear that the old players and old school fans wanted the old uniforms. So what’s the point of talking to every one of them when the Rams always said that they wanted to go in a different direction and modernize?

Yeah, but that cute little stitch above the "RAMS" tag just pulls the whole look together.

I thought the"little stitch" represented the the San Andreas Fault. (or Kevin Demoff's Fault if you prefer) :lol2:

I had to order 3 jerseys as soon as I saw that awesome "little stitch"!!! The new uni would be boring without it! Thanks Kevin!!!!!!!!

Nobody said that they should all be talked to or the only voices heard. But it sounds like the veterans weren't even part of the process.

So it’s cool to purposely leave them out of the feedback/input sessions?

How do you know they left them out? Because Dickerson said so? Lol

AvengerRam wrote:Eric Dickerson whined and complained his way out of Los Angeles as a player, and set himself up as a voice of dissent in recent years. The Rams have tried to incorporate him into the franchise, but he seems to do more harm than good.

Propping him up as some sort of representative of the Rams' fan base or a caretaker of the team's history and legacy is laughable given his track record.

Thus, I don't care what he thinks.

He was good at running with the football (when he wasn't fumbling - a flaw in his game that is often overlooked). That's it.

He did have a bad habit of getting grass stains on the ball.

I agree with ED's take though. The horn was the one thing they should have left alone. Colors second.
The horn IS the Rams brand. The rest is far less important.

This Rams fan was so disappointed when ED left. As Bayless mentioned in the video clip, ED was the top of the NFL. The Rams "student body" system was working with the personnel Klosterman / Nagel / Robinson were putting together. Solid D, stud O-line, best RB, great WR's and solid TE's.. All we needed was an elite / top tier QB. Enter Everett - - Exit Dickerson. Oh what could have been.

Dickerson also thought we should start Mannion over Goff in 2017.

Everyone's entitled to their opinion but the idea that there's some kind of scandal here is just nonsense, imo...

Personally,,, I loved ED as a RB...
But as far as his input or advice...
He would be the last person I would go to...
His personality is all about ED and only ED...
He hasn't change since he last played in L.A...

I think he got his butt hurt when they asked him to come in and give his opinion, and he didn't like it, and he asked if they would change it,, and they said no... :lol2: :lol2: :lol2:

Then he tried to name other ex rams players that they didn't like it..
and one name that comes to mind, him mentioning Torry Holt not liking it..

But Holts put out a tweet stating that its sharp, fresh and hot...

Lets see, who is lying??? :lol2: :lol2: :lol2:
