I hope the Raiders sign him. I think he's at least 3 or 4 visits without a contract offer.

Cook is one of those players who shows up to meet a team and produces 2 game tapes. Then believes he deserves millions for playing well in 1/8th games he played in.

Connor Barwin visiting the Rams

With the Rams transitioning to a 3-4 defense under new coordinator Wade Phillips, they need some guys familiar with the scheme. So it makes sense that they’re looking at one who has experience there.

According to Gary Klein of the Los Angeles Times, Barwin is visiting the Rams today.

Barwin was cut by the Eagles for reasons economic, but he also was out of place when they shifted to a 4-3 front, and Barwin was converted to a defensive end.

Barwin’s also visited the Bengals as the 30-year-old looks for a new home. His experience with Phillips in Houston could make him a valuable piece as they convert.

Has had some very productive years in the 3-4 defense ... could be a very valuable presence for us.

I have a good feeling about this potential signing. A chance to play with Donald. A chance to reunite with his Houston DC.

He'd be a great fit, although watch out for Denver here as he could take Ware's place and Vance Joseph was on staff

I have a buddy who is a big Eagles fan and has watched all Barwin's games with Philly.

He LOVES him as a 3-4 guy and loves his character. Very involved in charity.

Sounds like a Win-Win. Barwin and Quinn as stand up rushers a la Kevin Greene? Sounds good.
