The Broncos announced that Dolphins DC Vance Joseph is their new head coach. The Bills are reportedly zeroing in on Sean McDermott. That leaves three vacancies (49ers, Chargers, Rams). And the three most coveted offensive minds (Josh McDaniels, Kyle Shanahan, Sean McVay) are still out there. The Rams are in a good spot.

The #Bills have officially offered their head coaching job to #Panthers DC Sean McDermott, source said. It’ll likely happen today.

Have a feeling Rams name McVay tonight and not even interview Shanny.

At least we are likely to get a coach who should help us. Not sure the best is the oldest or most well known. And it also depends on the coordinators they are aligned with.

This is a huge hire and opportunity. Let's hope the Angels is the city of are on our side again.

Still put Shanahan on top. Then McVay I guess. Don't know much about McVay but I just never liked McD,,, (even though we share a birthday with Jack Nicholson and Earth) ..

The fact that McVay isn't actually running his own offense bothers me. I don't feel like he's a full-fledged OC when it comes right down to it. Gruden is the guy in Washington so when you combine that with his McVay's youth and lack of HC experience...on top of the fact that the Redskins have a good, but not great offense scares me.

If I had to choose, I'd take Shanahan.
