I sent an email to the representative Chase again regarding the email. Hoping to get more answers Monday and maybe find a way to expedite our emails a little faster.

You could email them a million times. It won't change anything. You're not the only one, 56k deposits. It's a hot ticket and you have to go with the flow.

You have to hope and pray you get the seats you want.

It's not that, I completely understand there were 56,000 people. However I made the sacrifice and made my deposit immediately and the emails and ticket selection were supposed to be based on the time that the deposit was made. The fact that people that made their deposit after me recieved emails isn't a very good feelings.

I feel you and I can't explain it.

All I could say is be calm and be patient. I have friends that haven't received an email and they were awake since 10am and the website froze bc of the traffic and they got the deposit in late.

You're not the only one. People are pissed. My only hope is the REAL HARDCORE fans get the tickets. You guys deserve it.

They most likely think you are out of the area so you are gonna sell the tickets. According to the ladies in the ticket office they are eliminating ticket re-sellers. Uh, yeah, good luck with that. Can't wait to see the selection on Stubhub next week.

In case you guys don't know the GA# has nothing to do with your place in line. 5000 deposits were made in the first 5 minutes. They are going in the order of when deposits were made.
