Even the gradient is bad in that photo. Zero 3D effect with the unnecessary line, no hook on the horn and even the blue on the helmet looks cheap and cartoonish. What's to like?

For me, there is not much to like at all. I never realized how important the "full curl" of the horn meant to the look of the helmet. But then again, I never thought anyone would be so stupid as to try and change it!

While that may not be the actual helmet, I believe it represents what we are going to see.

That said, and if so, we all can either deal with it or raise hell. I am not sure if the latter will matter, or affect any near-future change.

After my initial uniform reaction, coming forthwith, I am going to do my best to focus on the team, performance, and on-field product.

I can't see them not promoting it. But, if he/they fear some serious backlash, you could very well be right. I think they might be waiting even longer to have a semi-live event. Then again, that could blow up in their face as it would likely be more attended by mostly old school fans - can you imagine THAT scene?

Had they done a big life reveal and when the show them the crowd booed and chanted, the networks would be all over it and I think it may have had legs to change. With the way they release it now, I don’t think they will get the in person hate(If it is bad) that they will get while social distancing.

Just to be clear I'm not calling you out specifically or individually Ramsman34, but this attitude from a large portion of Rams fans pisses me off almost more than the logo itself.

The Chargers first attempt at a new logo was universally mocked and shit on, and it lasted a week. A WEEK!!! The Chargers front office actually listened to feedback and made changes. The Rams front office is hiding behind closed doors and counting on Rams fans begrudging acceptance to this steaming pile so that they can pat themselves on the back and call it a success.

I know I probably hate the new logo more than most, and it's all personal opinion, but to watch fans just "get used to it" and roll over....that's just sad. Where the hell is the fight?! This is football right? Not cricket or lawn bowling?

At this point I'm hoping our new uni's don't come complete with giant shoes, a rainbow colored afro wig, and big red nose that beeps! That might take a whole month for Rams fans to "accept" and "move on from".

This bothers me because at least something in every former iteration of our uni's held at least some amount of pride. I LOVED the blue and whites, like everyone I LOVE the helmets (that they're going to butcher), hell I liked the god damn snail logo!!! This new stuff...maybe if they actually win a Superbowl in them. Otherwise, it's Demoff stroking his ego, and putting the LA stamp on the Rams instead of putting the Rams stamp on LA.

/end rant
