I think most of us wudda been surprised if somebody told us we'd be lined up pretty well for Penn State's Joey Porter Jr. on Day Two, no?

Trade down ain't a bad move though. Need to fill-in that Ram Pick #77 to #167 void!

And that presents a conundrum. Take the stud or trade down? I happen to think there are multiple studs we never thought would be there so if they do trade down....and not too far....they will be assured of getting one.

There is going to be a run on TEs, I would think, in the second. Mayer prolly goes off first but if none go in the first 4 picks we may be enticed to trade with a TE needy team (more than us). Everybody was shocked Dallas didn't take a TE but they're too far down the round (#58). I don't want Les dropping 22 slots. Green Bay lost Tonyan and they're gonna need a reliable 3rd down target for Love. I could see Arizona going TE and then the rush is on.

Too many variables to know but it's fun thinking about getting 2 for the price of 1.

We have 3 of the next 46 picks. So if we don't trade down, we can have 3 of Kiper's "best avaiable" heading into day 2. If we do trade down, to no lower than 106, we can get 4 of these. And of course, our guys are smarter than Kiper so there may be somebody not on this list they like.

Im for trading down, unless the Rams feel there is a major stud available....meaning a cornerstone second contract type guy. I reallt hope we wait on TE and go Edge/DE and CB in the first picks...will see.

Guys I like in no order

G Florence
DE AA
DE Tuipulotu
EDGE Ojulari
TE Musgrave
CB Porter
CB Cam Smith
CB Brents

Consensus seems to be Rams we’re looking to trade up for Dalton Kincaid.

Also, noticed draft house doesn’t seem to have a sponsor this year…

Buffalo ended up scooping Cowboy Owner/GM Jerrah, who publicly blathered over Kincaid.
I guess Buffalo had more Draft Capital to spend on moving up. :(
