Beasley has been a safety blanket for Dakota while all the spotlight has been on Amari. Jarwin and Gallup have seen more of the ball recently too with Amari almost a non factor.

I think Beasley would be a big loss and I the way he injured (re-injured) that ankle I wouldn't think he plays. They would probably work Gallup and Amari more and perhaps feed Elliott more.

If our offense can do what it does we will be more than OK.

Is the "slow start due to a bye week" gonna be a factor for our offense though.

Doubt it, even if we win it'll be a one possesion game like always. Either offense or defense will screw it up. Haven't you been watching?

Rams will come out flat and won't catch up with our defense

We've won 8 of 9 and every one of the 8 has been won by one possession. No logic in thinking we suddenly win by more than one possession on the road against a good team in the playoffs.

Our defense vs their defense - favors us slighty
Goff vs Dak - wash
Gurley vs Zeke - wash
Cooper vs Woods - wash
Cooks vs Gallup - favors them

That’s not how this works.
The guys you mention never face each other.

Even if they did this is corny.
Plus Cooper over Woods all day and Zeke over Gurley.

You may want to evaluate our front 7 vs their OL and Gurley, Byron Jones vs Woods ect.

Kris Richard, knows the Rams well after facing them twice a year while Coaching the Legion of Boom. He will have our D ready like he did against Seattle. Playing the Rams is about the Best we could have hoped for given the Choices.

If the Iggles can go into LA and dominate the Rams, this team can do that.
Having at least half of the stadium rooting for the Cowboys will certainly help as well.

No one on that Rams receiving corp frightens me. Gurley will obviously be a challenge. The Seahawks have better receivers than they do.

Over the past nine games, the Cowboys have been 8-1, the Rams have been 6-3.

Gurley has had 33 touches since December 10th, i think he has had time to recooperate would i like for him to not be 100%, sure but I wouldn’t count on it

I do not believe the Rams are a "flip the switch" team. There is only one of those in the playoffs and the Chargers get them this weekend. The Rams have lost some of that mojo and are so dependent on the RB and creating play action that they've actually become the team, of the two, that take the RB out, take the team out. A dual threat QB is better than a pocket passer in a game like this one.

Uh with no Bease and Jarwin I'm getting concerned.

I am not. Austin will come ready to play with a little added incentive and it is not the O that will bother the Rams the most but this D is ready to open a 55 gallon drum of whoopass on this "superior offense" that the media seems to like so much.

I believe the Rams have peaked but the Cowboys have not.

Just me, but I'm guessing Wade days are numbered. Look at the points this D gave up during the season. Would not surprise me at all if he's fired immediately after their season ends.

I don't know. That Mahomes kid is pretty good. The Rams scored 54 in that game. It seems that we will need to score more than 24 to have a chance in this game.

The Rams defense doesn't really have any talent, outside of Donald. Suh is still a good player, but that D is pretty thin.
Ogletree was a big loss for them I think.

IMO Garrett has the upper hand here. Garrett knows McVay. Plus add in Richards experience game planning against the Rams when he was with Seattle.

I guarantee that Wade has something in store for Garrett, the question is will Garrett have a counter for it.

Wade’s defenses historically fall off a cliff in the third year. He runs a very effective but very simple scheme. I feel like we may be seeing the beginnings of it happening with the Rams right now.

Dallas beat McVay’s offense in WAS plenty (I get that LA is better).
JG knows the way Wade likes to call defense.
The Rams struggle stopping the run, & the Cowboys love to run it.
Dallas has plenty of advantages in this matchup.

One of my fellow West Texas Buffaloes alums is on the Rams DL too, Ethan Westbrooks. Capable of going off at any time, bears watching.
