i have an idea of what will happen in advance, but it doesn't involve nfl billionaires.

you might have missed this one A1...

HJ29 said that a receiver missed a catch on purpose that could have changed a game...

his reasoning was that you could take a glove that is worn by NFL receivers, nail it to a wall, and throw a football at it and the ball would stick to the glove... period...

bwahahahahah.. ya try that sometime folks...

yeah, typical h29 gibberish...

that said, the gloves these guys sport is a legitimate topic imo, i think the ever increasing "grippage" technology they offer has to come under nfl review sooner or later, if it hasn't already, they clearly give wide receivers an advantage when it comes to catching the ball.

ok, so grippage may be a topic but those aren't velcro footballs being thrown..

it reminds me of the "stickum" from back in the day, has it come to that point with the gloves?..

don't get me wrong, i'm not agreeing with h29's nonsense in the least, ha ha...

nflers still drop passes (and not intentionally ha ha ha) with the gloves, plenty of youtube vids on the subject, but i think they do give wr an advantage, do improve the ability to catch the ball imo, especially in inclement weather, and i think the nfl has to start taking a look at it, if they already haven't.

With the NFL wanting more offense,,,,

I don't think they will take away from using those gloves...

imo, the SD Chargers of LA need to get over themselves (Spanos) and go back home. Oh and take the Clippers with them...

As a consumer, this is actully good. If competition from the Chargers is giving us a better product at a more reasonable price, that's good.

Still, i want them to go back too. I liked the Chargers in San Diego.

As to why so many LA Rams fans hate the Chargers: Dean Spanos fought tooth and nail to keep the Rams out of L.A. Fuck him. He'll never live that down...
