One thing is certain though. The big park next to the stadium is going to be used on gamedays for tailgating. That’s super cool. Also, all th bars/restaurant/ movie theater will be open on gamedays. So if you want to watch a movie after the game and wait out the traffic you can.

That would have been nice in San Diego at Jack Murphy/Qualcomm. Good grief did getting out of that parking lot suck or what?

Virtual Presentation:

Due to my schedule and living in enemy territory (near Seattle), I wasn't able to make my appointment for viewing the Premier Center. My sales consultant offered to do a virtual presentation on a computer, which takes about 40 minutes to 1 hour. He was very helpful and accommodating, but again, due to my schedule and also planning to wait on the regular season tickets anyway, I passed. I just wanted to let people know about this option if they live out of the area or are unable to make it to the Premier Center.

First wave ends on Thursday, March 29. Despite what may be perceived as high prices, SSLs are selling briskly. As you would guess, the perceived “value” sections next to VIP and closer to midfield at a relatively reduced rate ($35k, $25k) are already more than 50% full and no aisle seats remain on the side closer to VIP. The sales people are great and the tour certainly lures you in. Looks like a first class complex at a first class price. I’m in! I’ll enjoy the coliseum for two more years but ready to get to the new home!

So I got my email 6 March from the Rams to 'be ready for the call..." and still haven't heard.

I was in early on the original list for Coliseum. My seats were, before construction, home side, 45 yard line, 2/3 up.

I'm surprised I haven't got the call yet to purchase. Now, living in NorCal and having 2 young kids to put through college I'm likely not looking at the $15k and above sections. However, I still feel like I should have had the opportunity by now.

When does the 'second tier' start selling (it may be in this thread already but I don't feel like searching for it.... )

I assume there's still a bag check and metal detectors, but the VIP sections have their own entrance so it should be less crowded.

I thought maybe LA got a special dispensation for it's VIP levels.
