After watching Sean with Florio I'm feeling better about Sean extending his career as the Ram's HC. Another 5 years could see him cement himself as the best Ram HC of all time. I think he will extend for 5 years after 2026. I think he understands himself better. As good as he feels now how quickly that can change for him personally. Add in the pressures of fatherhood and I think he will take a measured approach to his career. I would love it if McVays ends up staying another 10 years.

I think if anyone leaves next year Shula will be poached as a HC if his defense continues to develop as it has been. I can see Pleasant as the next DC and Nate Scheelhaase the next OC when LaFluer leaves. I like both guys.
