And, with the appeals court ruling Tuesday, the case is poised to return to the lower court for further proceedings. The decision means that Kroenke likely will have to file documents in open court related to the team’s departure. That possibility could give the NFL and its teams incentive to settle with the regional public entities suing them. by AvengerRam 6 years 9 months ago Total posts: 8921 Joined: Oct 03 2017 Lake Mary, Florida Hall of Fame Re: St. Louis NFL lawsuit likely headed to trial POST #107 Anyone wondering if the PD is still salty about the Rams' move, the answer is "yes, they are." by rams74 6 years 9 months ago Total posts: 1747 Joined: Nov 19 2015 Glendale, Arizona Pro Bowl St. Louis NFL lawsuit likely headed to trial POST #108 R4L liked this post AvengerRam wrote:Anyone wondering if the PD is still salty about the Rams' move, the answer is "yes, they are."They're not the only ones who are still salty over the move. Tersely worded rulings by Missouri-based judges, all of which continue to go against Kroenke, sure give the impression of partiality in the case. 1 by St. Loser Fan 6 years 9 months ago Total posts: 10893 Joined: May 31 2016 Saint Louis MO Hall of Fame St. Louis NFL lawsuit likely headed to trial POST #109 rams74 wrote:They're not the only ones who are still salty over the move.
