QFTOS: COWTURDS Pre Game Playoff Edition.

Cowboys don't get to play these guys much, so the defense could struggle for awhile. I know the matchup seems to be more favorable because of NO success inside their dome (especially during playoffs).

Goff is no slouch and can drop dimes all over the field (I've seen several plays this season where the throw was basically un-guardable). He does not have the mobility of Wilson, but I still think the Cowboys are going to need to get home frequently and early with the pass rush to disrupt that offense.

Overall-the Cowboys will likely need to score more points than they usually do. The defense will need to play super energetic, sound, and tackle really well for this not to get out of hand early. The Rams will score more readily than the Seahawks though-they didn't get to this point by luck.

You may wanna give Donald a little attention ........

Should be very little crowd noise compared to playing in a place like the Dome in Narlins.

Watch out for play-action passing and underneath routes used as semi-running plays (linebackers will have a lot to do with this win or loss because of how LA runs their offense). Lots of pre-snap mental clarity with lining up and finding the key reads needed.

Get the run established early (Rams will be focused on stopping Elliott and putting the ball in Dak's hands to move the ball). Must come out super strong and let them know it will be a long day and tough to fill the gaps.

The forecast is for rain on Saturday.
Favours the OL and Zeke

Half the stadium will be Cowboys fans.
THAT will be the key I believe.

We’ll have our hands full with Gurley.

I think LA has the biggest Cowboys Fanbase outside of Dallas/FW. Stadium should feel good.

I think this is the "better "Opponent even though we beat the Saints. But Playoff Brees in the Dome would scare me. Also the NO Run D is better than the Rams.

That place is gonna be off the hook

the rate that flatulence will dissipate?

Half the stadium will be Cowboys fans.

That's a generous estimate to be honest. I expect 75 percent to be Cowboys fans. The Rams are a new franchise to the city for many fans. It has been so long since the franchise moved to St Louis.

Gurley is not %100 healthy and by next week, he will not have stepped on the field for a month.

They also have a more productive running game than even ours. I hope Gurley is still sore.

Gurley is the key to that offense. Just as Zeke is here. CJ Anserson is no slouch though.

Now for some bad news.. Maher is only making 75% of his field goals in outdoor stadiums on grass this year.

I love this matchup for Dallas.

It's also on real grass.

Zeke can cut on a dime on grass.

His power and speed is going to take over.

The Rams have not played a brawling team like we are.

We get you down in the dirt and draw plays.

We bad.

Nobody wants to play us.

Not even the Saints in their home court.

The media knows crap.

They still do not think we are more than a flash in the pan.

That is about to change.

75% Cowboys fans?

If that's true, the team should move back to St. Louis... or Cleveland.

Yep. If you can't pack that stadium for THIS game, IDK...something would be terribly wrong.

I'm interested to see how the crowd turns out.
Dallas fan is feeling confident.

This is it Rams fans. REPRESENT. Show the world that the Rams are on solid footing.

I'd be there but I'm having surgery in an hour and wont be healed up enough to go. I bet you'll be able to hear me from there tho....

If the KC game was any indicator, the Cowboy forum is way off on their fan estimates. The short-notice time frame is only a couple of days difference. It was squarely a Rams House for that MNF game.

There are a lot of Dallas fans in Cali, a lot more than there are KC fans - so the last minute thing won’t affect the same.

Look at how many Dallas fans have been going to Oxnard for camp.

I hope it’s mostly Rams fans, but this is one of the other teams w so many local fans.

I’ll be watching from Vegas as always, it’s CES time.

Don't buy any of this stuff that will be thrown around these next few days. According to Nathan Hubbard who is supposedly a ticketing expert...... it will be 40% Cowboys fans and 60% Ramily. He said that if it rains he can see it being reversed.

He also said there are TONS of Cowboys seats still available on sale but ZERO on the Rams side.

For me i think this "number of fans" thing is being made too big of a deal just like the cold weather thing was in CHI. If it makes ANY difference its probaly 1% if not less. Also after how the Ramily came out in the KC game i expect us to be the majority at the Coli. It's the Cowboys who have fans everywhere in a 90K+ stadium so of course you will see a lot of their fans.

I am not concerned or bothered about who will have the most fans. As if Jared is gonna look up at the seats be like oh man there's a lot of white and blue jerseys...… its making my hand shake. Pffftt.

Just win baby.

Hope it's nothing too bad bro. Sending you best wishes for the surgery. Keep us informed when possible.

Re Showing up for the game: Anybody who can go and isn't should keep their mouth squarely shut about "representing the Rams". Either show up or don't complain about it. You see too many people online saying "i better not see more opposing fans than Rams fans on TV". Well where's your ticket buddy.
