1) Cowherd is an idiot.
2) Cowherd is an idiot.
3) The Saints do have a first ballot HOF QB and a long-term proven head coach. In a decade, if/when the Rams are in that same position then we'll get the same benefit of the doubt.

I might have to add that as a 5th. Although Mack has been dinged and Truberski is still raw.

My temporary relocating roomy is a Pats fan and I've allowed him to defile one of my widescreens with his Patriots each week, :? , so I've watched them more than my Pepto eBismol supply can handle. They've been coming on ever since they picked up Gordon and Edelman returned.

I sure hope we get that rematch and put a fork in those guys... :twisted2:

To my mind the Rams get the right amount of good press. You have to remember this is a team that still hasn't won a playoff game and kind of pooped the bed 10 months ago. I am almost as skeptical as they are.

The GB game was a little scary in that, here you have a game where the intensity is ratcheted up and I think for most of the first half the Rams failed to match that intensity. They need to expect that every week now, even from bad teams.

Not nearly as bad as 1999 when almost nobody accepted that the Rams were even good let alone a SB caliber team.

Yeah,,, after we beat the Aints,,,

The talking heads will start to say,,,

We really haven't beaten anyone,,,

The first team that will give us a hard time and beat us are the Chiefs...

That's what the talking heads will be saying,,,

Honestly,,, thats just jealousy seeing a dominate team as the RAMs are from top to bottom and in all three phases of the game..

Just wait until we win a Super Bowl or two. Then they'll really start hating us. :)

Well, I know for me, as soon as they trounced the whiners, I had a feeling they were very much the real deal and gonna go a long way that season. Talking heads got on board what, around week 6?

As a Saints fan.. i understand the attention etc etc.

Problem is people are looking back at Rams tenure with Goff inside of domes and are looking at the game a lot like last year's vikings/rams.

They believe that goff will have his day in the opening drive but when the drive hasnt been orchestrated out.... thats when they will rely on heavy gurly and start to faulter.

Not sure how they're looking at "Goff inside of domes" (plural)? The Vikings game was, in fact, the only game he has played in a dome under McVay. Not sure that creates a statistically relevant sample. I suppose you could also look at last year's game @ Dallas (a semi-dome), but he had a good game against the Cowboys so that kind of torpedoes the theory.

The Cardinals' stadium has a roof, which was reportedly closed for last year's game on December 3rd. It's real grass, though. Does that qualify as a "dome"?

I am fine with being the underdog. Heck, we've been underdogs for the good part of past 15 years. Nothing new. Bring on the Saints! 8-)
