I could see the Oakland Town Hall having an impact on Mark Davis. Bauce pointing out Al Davis is buried in Oakland, another guy saying Oakland is a weird town and Mark's a weird owner but it's all cool.

Other than that possibility, yeah, no effect whatsoever. Just the NFL doing their due diligence, covering their asses for when a city or two gets left without a team.

As for Stan cutting out, that's his ace in the hole. No reason to play that card unless he has to. He'd be a fool to go rogue if he can get what he wants being a good soldier...
