Graham only put up fancy stats when he had 140+ targets. I don’t think any receiver will get 120+ in McVay system.

TE is one of the hardest positions for rookies to make an impact. The only reason that Engram is making more of an impact is because he's on a terrible team without a good WR (without OBJ), and very few weapons. The Rams have a lot more weapons and spread the ball around a lot. Next year, Everett will make a bigger impact.

This, and Hemingway really showed improvement year from 1 to 2 in the limited time we saw him. Just watching him in training camp you can see all the tools and that he is a match up problem. I am forecasting his success, and I will add big improvement from both Everett and Higbee as well, based on what McVay will do with and for these guys in the off season.

McVay is a TE guru of sorts and like RF@82 stated; TE is a very difficult position to master - it takes time. We will have a 3rd year guy and a 2nd year guy with Hemingway somewhere in between. I think we are set at TE for years to come.

I hope so but we have seen so little of Everrett . Ingram is a great pass catcher. I think he would be getting playing time with any team in the league.

Maybe Everrett is struggling with the playbook or still getting the hang of blocking. I am a bit disappointed. He started out pretty good for a rookie in the first few games.
